Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests should be sent via email or phone. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for cancelled orders or returned items as per our Return Policy. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewellery, gift cards, and sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request or returned item, our team will inspect it. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
